1. Services Provided

Coaching services are offered for personal development and are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. The purpose of coaching is to support your self-awareness, goal setting, and personal growth.

2. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

  • Coaching is a collaborative process, and your commitment is essential.

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • Coaching does not guarantee specific results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive coaching services. By using this site and engaging in coaching, you confirm you are legally able to enter a contract. If under 13, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 

4. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due in full before the start of any coaching session or package, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and cash app.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. You will always be notified of pricing before booking.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be forfeited or charged in full, at our discretion.

  • One reschedule per session is allowed if proper notice is given.

6. Refund Policy
  • Coaching sessions and packages are generally non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching is treated as confidential, except in situations where:

  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others),

  • You provide written consent to share,

  • Technical platforms used for coaching (e.g., Zoom, email) may have inherent risks.

8. Disclaimer

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. By working with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We make no guarantees about outcomes. Please consult licensed professionals as needed.

9. Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

All purchases of coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing coaching services through this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching is a collaborative process with no guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on your own participation, effort, and follow-through.

  • Missed sessions, client cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or early termination of a coaching package do not qualify for a refund.

  • In certain cases (e.g., emergencies), we may offer rescheduling or credit toward future services at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for reading and understanding this refund policy before making any payment. If you have any questions about whether a service is right for you, we encourage you to call before purchasing.

 

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice via email or your booking link.

  • Sessions canceled less than the 48-hour window will be considered missed and non-refundable.

All sales on products are final.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If this applies, it will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service) but may use UPS or FedEx depending on order size and destination.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours' for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
